MSNBC News named the Auburn Cord Duesenberg Automobile Museum one of the “Top Ten Gearhead Destinations in the United States.” This automotive mecca exhibits over 120 cars ranging from 1894 to 1999 and automotive displays on three floors.
The museum has the greatest and most extensive collection of Auburn, Cord, and Duesenberg automobiles in the world, and features the largest exhibit of Duesenberg automobiles on public display in the world!
The Auburn Cord Duesenberg Automobile Museum is a National Historic Landmark located in the former national headquarters building of the legendary Auburn Automobile Company! The museum is open to the public seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is handicap accessible. Special tours may be arranged for those with sight impairments.
When planning your visit, please allow at least one and a half to two hours to tour the museum. Individuals or groups who have a strong passion for automobiles, automotive history, American history, art deco design, architecture or engineering should allow more time to enjoy the museum and its galleries. Most tours are self-guided, but guided tours are available at an additional cost per group. Photography is encouraged and is allowed.
